Return Policy
All designer handbags, messenger
bags, backpacks, totes, camera bags, computer bags, wallets, belts,
scarves, etc., are fully guaranteed against manufacturer
defect and faulty workmanship. We accept returns and exchanges within 7
days from receipt of item for factory defect issues ONLY. All
items must be returned within 14 days from date of shipment - no
exceptions. Returns that arrive after the 14 day periond and items
will promptly be sent back to you. Please e-mail us immediately if there is any issue with your order for detailed instructions along with the return shipping address.
We require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its original
product box with its original packing materials. We also require you to
include all components, authenticity card/tag, dust bag, and
accessories. Please note that products must be unused and in the state
you received them. Prior to shipment all items are inspected and are
shipped in New Condition. A 15% restocking fee on the entire value of
the order will be applied to all merchandise returned to stock, minus
shipping and handling charges on Alaska/Hawaii, Canadian, and World Wide orders only.
Following is the DesignerHandbagsPlus.com return process in four quick steps:
1) Contact us immediately via e-mail, phone or fax, clearly stating what is wrong, and include your order number.
2) Request detailed return instructions along with the return shipping address.
3) Indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement.
4) Include the return information and entire product including accessories in the original shipping box.
For
your protection, we encourage you to send your return via USPS or
Insured Parcel Post. We will only pay for return shipping (ground
service charge only) if your return is the result of an incorrect
shipment by us. We require you to pay for return shipping for any other
reason. CODs will not be accepted.
After the returned item is
received, inspected, and accepted, we will process your refund within
fifteen business days (business days are Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays). We will apply the refund to whatever method of
payment was used to make your original purchase. Please note that credit
card credits might not appear for up to 45 days after the return is
applied, depending on the internal policies of the institution that

Backorder Policy
We
do not deal with back orders. We diligently try to keep on top of our
inventory base but if an item does go out of stock, between the time of
order and shipping, we will gladly refund your money or offer you the
option of doing an exchange. Our customers are important to us and we
will contact your immediately if there are any issues with your order.

We ship out orders within 48-72 hours, excluding USA holidays, upon payment confirmation.
We DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes or A.P.O/F.P.O addresses.
Contiguous States (USA) - shipping and handling are FREE sent UPS 3-7 Business Days; Alaska/Hawaii additional fee of $20.
Canada - $45 shipping and handling sent UPS Standard Canada or USPS Global Express Canada (3-7 Business Days)

Please e-mail
us immediately if your designer handbags, messenger bags,
backpacks, totes, camera bags, computer bags, wallets, belts, scarves,
etc., arrives damaged due to the shipping process. We will assist you in
rectifying this matter, however it must be done immediately as the 7
day Return/Exchange Policy is still in effect. We take no
responsiblity for damages incurred during the shipment process.
Damaged Goods Policy
At
DesignerHandbagsPlus.com, we are committed to selling only genuine,
first-quality, 100% authentic designer handbags, totes, wallets, purses,
etc. All items are checked before leaving our warehouse. We do not ship
defective or damaged merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the
quality of your designer handbag for any reason, you must notify us
immediately upon receipt of package. Exchanging is an option or you may
elect to receive a refund instead of an exchange, however there will be a
15% restocking fee based on the entire value of the order, minus
shipping and handling charges on Alaska/Hawaii, Canadian and World Wide
orders only. Remember, the 7 day Return Policy is in effect.
Items
that are damaged, broken, or missing a part during daily use is not our
responsibility. We do not have a warranty against personal use of
bags. We do not accept returns on used items or products that have
been used for any reason.
